• Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment

• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control

• Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and maintaining high standards

• Assist in training and developing team members to meet company standards and goals

• Implement and maintain food safety and sanitation procedures

• Manage cash handling and financial reporting procedures

• Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve store performance targets

• Handle employee relations issues and maintain a harmonious work atmosphere

• Assist in marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagement

• Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience if {AGE} years old, or 1 year if {AGE} or older

• Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check

• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
