About Your Summer Internship Program:

The Dollar Tree Summer Internship Program offers an enriching 10-week paid internship opportunity that takes place at our corporate headquarters in Chesapeake, Virginia. Interns will be immersed in a dynamic work environment where they will receive personalized mentorship and engage in professional development activities designed to enhance their skills.

About Your Role:The QA Intern will work closely with the QA team to understand software testing processes and best practices, with a focus on automation. This role involves assisting in the design and execution of automated test cases and test plans for software applications, utilizing Python and other programming languages. The intern will help develop Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions or QA automation scripts using tools such as Ui Path or other automation frameworks.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Currently pursuing a degree in computer science, information technology, or a related degree program

• Strong interest in software quality assurance and testing, automation, and programming languages Python, Selenium, or UI Path

• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Eager to learn with good communication and teamwork abilities

• Interest in automation and coding.
