What you'll do The Senior Data Analyst is a new position and will serve as a founding analyst of our expanding Rev Ops Business Analytics program.
This is a high-visibility role responsible for architecting the reporting infrastructure and KPI monitoring that senior leaders rely on to drive the business.
You will own the analytics for critical workstreams, including financial analyses, key bookings drivers, and process automation, while performing deep-dives into discounting behaviors and monetization policy.
We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can deliver analytics solutions that will define Docusign's next phase of revenue growth.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Business Analytics Director.
Responsibility Partner with Finance, Sales, and Operations to translate complex business questions into actionable and proactive insights that drive decision-making Build scenario models and track core SaaS metrics, including cohort retention, expansion rates, and bookings drivers to enhance forecasts Deliver high-stakes analytics for executive priorities, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs), earnings prep, and ad-hoc analyses Create high-performance SQL queries and Tableau dashboards while partnering with the Global Data team to enrich pipelines and scale the analytics program Leverage modern tools (dbt, Snowflake) and AI to enhance output quality, automate refresh cycles, and implement scalable analytics solutions Conduct risk analyses to calibrate discount approval rigor and implement monitoring solutions to preserve program integrity Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work.
Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job.

What you bring Basic Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field 5+ years of related experience in Analytics, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Strategy in a SaaS environment 5+ years of experience developing complex SQL (Snowflake, Google Big Query, etc) queries and using various SQL functions (window functions, aggregation functions, CTEs, etc)
Experience: with advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, macros, scenario modeling)
Experience: with data visualization concepts and tools (Tableau) Fluent in English Preferred Strong knowledge of Bookings, Revenue, ACV and other key SaaS finance metrics
Experience: building scalable Snowflake data models using dbt, incorporating automated testing and refresh cycles A track record of driving continuous process improvement to enable efficient growth at scale
