What you'll do As the SMB Sales Leader for Asia, you will lead a high-energy team of 8 Account Executives focused on the Small and Medium Business segment.

You aren’t just a "manager"—you are a coach, a strategist, and a culture-builder.

Your mission is to scale Docu Sign’s footprint across Asia by helping businesses digitize their agreement processes, ensuring your team hits their quotas while developing the next generation of Docusign sales talent.

This position is a people manager role reporting to Vice President, Asia.

Responsibility Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of 8 SMB AEs.

You’ll conduct weekly 1:1s, shadow calls, and provide actionable feedback to move the needle on performance Drive the team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

You own the forecast for the Asia SMB segment Maintain high levels of CRM hygiene (Salesforce).

You’ll analyze pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales cycles to identify bottlenecks Partner with Marketing and Business Development to refine lead generation and outbound plays tailored specifically to the diverse Asian market (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, etc.) Work closely with Customer Success and Professional Services to ensure that once a deal is signed, the customer experience is seamless Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work.

Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job.
