Job Duties and Responsibilities
Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret financial results, identify key performance drivers, and deliver clear insights and recommendations to executive leadership

Lead enterprise monthly and quarterly financial reporting; partner directly with Finance leadership and the CFO to communicate consolidated performance and outlook
-
Develop and support executive-level presentations for senior leadership and the Board of Directors, translating complex data into strategic narratives
-
Serve as the primary point of contact for consolidated financial inquiries, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment across stakeholders
-
Lead the annual enterprise budgeting and consolidation process, partnering cross-functionally to align financial targets with company objectives
-
Design and manage financial models and ad hoc analyses to track performance, identify trends, support forecasting, and drive data-informed decision-making while collaborating closely with Accounting during month-, quarter-, and year-end close
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- MBA or MS-Finance is a plus but not required
- 1-3 years prior work experience in related field preferred, but not required
Skills and Qualifications:

Positive, proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial reporting systems (e.g., Hyperion or One Stream) preferred, along with working knowledge of Google Sheets and Slides

Strong understanding of core Accounting and Finance principles, including financial statements and reporting processes

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to define issues, gather and interpret data, draw sound conclusions, and maintain high attention to detail
-
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, executive-ready presentations

Highly organized team player who builds strong cross-functional relationships, thrives in fast-paced environments, and continuously seeks opportunities to improve processes and deliverables

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $110,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
