Our Facilities team oversees the offices we call home. We ensure our teams can connect, collaborate and innovate in a space built to support success. From securing our campuses to making sure our events go off without a hitch, Facilities is the human face of our company’s well-oiled onsite operation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, office moves, and repairs on facilities, equipment, and systems
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance and repair needs
• Maintain building and property through keeping it in clean and orderly condition
• Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and tools
• Respond to facility-related emergencies and take appropriate action
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the facilities

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 6 months of related experience, including the use of standard, maintenance related power tools and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical labor as required
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Remove snow and ice from walkways and parking lots
• Open to occasional on call in the case of emergencies
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Monday
• Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $18.30/Hour - $26.15/Hour

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
