OVERVIEW:

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Strategic Initiatives

  • Perform research on new e Commerce opportunities

  • Develop clear customer or business stories to articulate needs, challenges, and benefits

  • Conduct analyses for relevant projects to support, accelerate, and guide leadership decisions

  • Leverage data to support business case development

  • Lead and participate in problem solving sessions with cross functional partners

  • Synthesize findings into clear recommendations

  • Present recommendations to senior leadership and organizational stakeholders as necessary

  • Facilitate transition of new project to on-going support teams as necessary

Program Management

  • Is well-versed and capable of managing all day-to-day operational aspects of the programs under areas of responsibility

  • Actively participates in all technology and related stakeholder planning sessions to bring a perspective of business requirements to bear in the road mapping and development processes

  • Builds, analyzes and communicates key performance metrics for program areas that fall within the area of responsibility (i.e. core KPI’s)

  • Monitor daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and trending activity.

Marketplace Insights

  • Actively monitors the e Commerce space for up and coming trends and opportunities

  • Identifies and communicates potential opportunities, technologies, partnership trends to leadership

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 3-5 years experience in product/program management, business development, management consulting

Experience managing data in large, enterprise level applications such as Manhattan etc. are a plus

  • Strong ability to analyze large data sets and discover insights that can lead to process and technology improvements

  • Ability to communicate across several levels in the organization such as peers and executives

  • Ability to influence and lead change across multiple stakeholder
