The Senior Program Manager role is essential to delivering critical business impacting and transformational programs. This role will be focused on leading key tracks of work within a major initiative in the Teammate Portfolio of the Enterprise Data and Intelligence Platforms team.

The Senior Program Manager should have a proven track record of delivering world-class products within complex digital environments with concentration in the end-to-end supply chain optimization, AI-driven forecasting and allocation, and data foundation enhancement. This role will orchestrate cross-functional teams (including Data Science, Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders) to deliver measurable business impact through advanced analytics, workflow transformation, and technology enablement. Our ideal candidate will bring a broad range of program and agile experiences working within large-scale organizations with specific knowledge working with digital technologies and processes at scale.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, architecture, and external stakeholders to define success criteria and business impact through data-driven insights. Leverage this understanding as work is prioritized to ensure delivery of the highest priority initiatives.

  • Drive the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered forecasting, allocation, and fulfillment solutions. Ensure integration of data science models into merchandising and supply chain workflows to optimize inventory flow, minimize excess, and maximize product availability.

  • Ensure comprehensive project planning, including detailed budgets, milestones, deliverables, resource allocation, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies, while remaining flexible to adapt plans based on evolving business needs and real-time data.

  • Provide a consistent model and clear expectations for budget management from initial forecasting, to tracking of actuals, and proactively identify and address any deviations from the plan.

  • Inspire and lead cross-functional teams through evolving project challenges, including scope, schedule, and cost changes, by fostering clear communication, continuous alignment, and collaborative problem-solving.

  • Develop and execute proactive, actionable risk management plans, ensuring early identification of risks and collaborative resolution, driving successful outcomes with minimal disruption.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration and partnership across cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and executives, enabling accelerated development and value delivery. Promote open, honest communication to identify challenges and co-create impactful solutions that drive consumer value.

  • Identify and engage key stakeholders to ensure their voice is integrated into program decision-making, fostering alignment across departments and maximizing the impact of each initiative.

  • Lead teams through ambiguity and complex challenges with clarity, resilience, and a focus on innovative solutions. Apply principled decision-making frameworks with consistency and rigor to drive success in dynamic environments.

  • Develop standard reporting and metrics to provide real time visibility to the project as well as team health. Track, report, and communicate measurable business outcomes resulting from program delivery.

  • Leverage agile best practices within Product Management, Engineering, Marketing and Business Development to optimize cross-team and cross-organizational collaboration and communication.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Advanced certifications such as PMP, or Agile Certified Practitioner are a plus.

  • 8+ years of program management experience preferably in the Data and Analytics space, with a strong preference for experience in large-scale, AI-enabled supply chain or inventory initiatives.

  • Experience with AI/ML model deployment, data foundation building, and workflow transformation in retail or supply chain context.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated experience influencing and engaging diverse audiences, from team members to C-level executives, using data-driven storytelling.

  • Strong leadership skills; able to successfully influence without authority.

  • Experience interfacing with external customers, partners and vendors to lead a project delivery.

  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, or scaled frameworks like SAFe to drive continuous delivery in a dynamic environment.

  • Experience with Jira and Aha! a strong preference.

Targeted Pay Range: $95,200.00 - $158,800.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
