OVERVIEW:

1B: Wednesday

  • Saturday 6:30am - 5:00pm

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of technical systems & logistics the distribution process

  • Manage all aspects of training and development of warehouse associates and supervisors

  • Develop and execute action plans for improvements to meet company goals and objectives

  • Perform inventory management, cycle counts, and physical audits maintaining accuracy standards

  • Design initiatives and develop strategies to increase the effectiveness of logistics functions

  • Guide team members in daily operations to ensure a high degree of safety, service and quality

  • Evaluate current work methods and determine ways to eliminate inefficiencies

  • Plan and coordinate work, monitor and evaluate the performance of warehouse associates and supervisors

  • Ensure that materials are staged for inventory and inspection

  • Monitor the flow of paperwork ensuring timely data entry

  • Monitor and measure the accuracy of location, movement and storage of material

  • Develop and recommend budget requirements for the warehouse

  • Maintain a personnel structure and staffing level, to accomplish the distribution center needs in an effective and efficient manner

  • Maintain all established through-put standards

  • Meet budget goals and productivity standards

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Industrial Management or related field

  • 5-7 years of experience, including 5 years experience warehousing, receiving, inventory control, or materials management in a distribution center/manufacturing environment and 5 years supervisory experience

  • PC proficiency in MS Office

Targeted Pay Range: $83,000.00 - $138,200.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
