OVERVIEW:

• Greets and engages each and every athlete within eyesight. Promotes visual merchandising excellence through understanding of brand strategies, gameplans and thoughtful merchandising.

• Plans and leads apparel gameplan sets with a team to maintain gameplan integrity. Partners with sales prep team on solving new merchandising opportunities as product arrives

• Utilizes merchandising best practices to remerchandises product to maximize sales, react to trends as well as inventory levels. Maintains and presents visual displays in a compelling and exciting manner in accordance with company directives.

• Oversees and maintains daily standards of all mannequins, forms, displays and strike points. Focusing on Head-to-Toe merchandising, outfitting, accessorizing, newness, and trend to promote and assist in building the basket. Assists sales prep team in delivering their responsibilities. Displays Service and Selling standards in alignment with company’s expectations.

• Assists in recovery of the apparel department including straightening, folding, fitting room & front end go backs.

• Assists the Apparel Sales and Service Team and Apparel Sales Prep Team as needed / directed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• No experience required, prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
