OVERVIEW:

Executes the procurement of Fixtures, Furniture and Equipment (FFE) for the Construction of New Stores, Remodels, and Relocations.. Key responsibilities and objectives include: ensuring Dick's Sporting Goods has the most competitive pricing, highest quality, establishes and maintains excellent supplier relationships, generates purchase orders, reviewing/processing invoices, budget management, and interface and communication with others to ensure the final product is consistent and accurate to company standards.

Fixture, Furniture and Equipment (FFE) Procurement Executes the Fixture, Furniture and Equipment (FFE) procurement for House of Sport, Dick's Sporting Goods and Golf Galaxy Performance Center new stores, remodels, and relocations on schedule and within budgetary parameters. Generates purchase orders and reviewing/processing invoices. Verification and review of fixture takeoffs.

Cost Containment Monitor and evaluate the program for competitive pricing by bidding each vendor and/or annual renegotiation in partnership with the Cap Ex sourcing team. Investigate value engineering opportunities. Negotiates National Account discounts. Understands the fluctuating economic conditions and commodities costs affecting FFE package priding.

Budget Management Establishes FFE project pricing for approval to finance and construction. Forecast and maintain budgets in partnership with the construction team.

FFE Supplier Relations Support the supplier relationship team and any business review meetings with FFE suppliers to establish and maintain positive working relationships to ensure suppliers are
providing competitive pricing at the best quality and working in the company's best interest. Problem solve any company and supplier issues. Encourage healthy competition. Partner with the supplier relationship team on recurring supplier scorecards and/or performance conversations. Consolidate feedback from the construction team back to suppliers on performance (both positive and constructive).

Interface and Communication Develops a relationship and communicates regularly with the FFEsuppliers , and departments includingvisual merchandising , construction, development, store design & planning, finance, etc. to resolve issues and questions.

Fixture Development Assists Manager of Procurement with the development of new fixtures. Support obtaining data to maintain and track FFE details in a consolidated database including pricing, specifications, drawingsinstallation, and delivery. . Ensures supplier details and specifications are current and accurate.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree

• 3-5 years of experience, with 5 years purchasing with a national retail chain
