Finance Business Partner

• What does this role look like for you?- Act as the finance business partner of the respective business unit(s) (Day to day financial management of the P&L, drive financial performance, operational KPIs)

• Generate insights for the business unit(s)'s leaders by pointing out inefficiencies and highlighting further efficiency opportunities.

• Support delivering timely information and insights, forecasting.

• Resolve complex problems on Supply process that has Finance implications.

• Lead the monthly Supply BPM meeting

• Partner with In-market Finance team (Head of Supply Finance) and FC team

• Partnering with business units and functions to drive business performance through the provision of financial / commercial expertise and insights, whilst supporting the delivery of the financial targets and an effective control environment.

• Partner to the senior stakeholders (Supply Director, Head of FP&A, etc.), building great relationships, supporting them with accurate and timely reporting, respond to ad hoc requests to ensure robust strategic planning

• Support the FP&A team by providing insightful, user-friendly information to support business conversations

• Ensure that the policies and procedures are understood and followed in the team and in the market as well

• Qualification/Experience required- Degree educated in relevant finance / accounting/ business

• Financial Planning & Analysis, and/or Financial Controlling experience is strongly preferred

• 5-8 years experience in relevant area

• Strong accounting experience

• Good accounting knowledge

• Experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment

• Experience in a Shared services environment is considered as an advantage

• Have an excellent understanding of BW, SAP, Power BI solution with the ability to think broadly when a system related challeng e occurs and extract data in a way that supports decision making

• Should be ready for Work location- Bali
