Packaging Team Leader:
Location: Leven
Role Type: 12-Month Fixed-term Contract
Shift Pattern: 07am-07pm Friday, Saturday & Sunday (covering requires some flexibility to cover mid-week)
Closing date: 02nd March

Key Site and Team Facts -

100+ Brands, 2,500 SKU's & up to 40 million cases packed a year

Whisky, Gin, Vodka, Rum & a wide range of ready-to-drink products
-
Over 1.25m cases per week at peak
-
1100 people including 3rd parties
-
20 lines spread over three halls, with two new lines in the next 6 months

Top Accountabilities -- Bring strong leadership on shift and with your team.
-
Implement continuous improvement culture, supporting all Manufacturing Excellence standards and practices.

Coaching a multi-disciplinary team of production operators and engineers to develop them as individuals and as a team to lead a step change in engagement.

Delivery of balanced business scorecard results in area to drive performance.

Ownership of medium to long term strategy for their area including Cap Ex and investment proposals to support productivity and performance improvement in line with the business strategy.

Day-to-day accountabilities, responsibilities and ownership of all "run" the business activities. Support, create and develop "improve" activities.
