About the scope
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Tower is part of Global Business Operations and act as a strategic finance business partner to the company top management. We co-pilot the market General Manager and Finance Directors to deliver sustainable profitable growth for the company while protecting the company equation and assets. We deliver actionable insights through the interpretation of financial and statutory data, the coordination of the planning cycle to deliver the company targets**. Global Travel is the area of Diageo looking after the marketing and sales of products in airports and cruises around the world**. We have a** global exposure and work with a very diverse set of colleagues from Asia to Americas and everything in between. Is an exiting market with growth ambition to become the n1 player in global Travel Retail for TBA by 2028.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with business unit leaders and regional finance teams to translate strategy into actionable financial plans and forecasts

Provide insightful analysis on commercial and financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for business optimization
-
Lead the preparation and presentation of strategic business reviews and financial reports to senior management
-
Lead the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and scenario planning to support agile decision-making
-
Resolve complex financial challenges independently, using data-driven insights to influence outcomes
-
Drive improvement of financial processes, tools, and reporting to enhance business partnering effectiveness
-
Act as a key contributor to cross-functional projects, supporting business growth and operational efficiency

Mentor and guide junior FP&A team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
-
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
-
6-12 years of dynamic FP&A experience, ideally within a global FMCG or fast-paced commercial environment
-
Proven track record as a strategic finance business partner driving performance improvement and influencing senior partners
-
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial insights into actionable business recommendations
-
Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis
-
Advanced expertise with financial systems such as SAP, BFC, BW, and reporting tools like Power BI
-
Data analytics approach and digital savvy
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels
-
Leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing finance professionals
-
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment with cross-cultural teams
-
Proficient in English
