QUALIFICATIONS- MBA in Marketing from a Tier I / Tier II institute

EXPERIENCE- 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience
-
Minimum 5 years managing lifestyle, youth-led or culture-driven brands
-
Experience across digital-first ecosystems, partnerships, and experiential platforms preferred
-
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS- Strong ability to translate consumer insight and cultural signals into brand growth opportunities
-
Demonstrated capability in design thinking and creative evaluation, with high standards of brand expression
-
Proven strength in end-to-end execution, with disciplined attention to detail
-
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and apply them to decision-making
-
Effective articulation and storytelling skills across internal and external forums
-
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing performance, scale, and agility
-
Ability to brief, guide, and inspire creative, media, influencer, and experience partners
-

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

WIN THROUGH EXECUTION**- Own the brand growth agenda** for Johnnie Walker Blonde, with a clear focus on recruitment, trial, and cultural relevance
-
Lead development and deployment of growth drivers as part of MBP planning, supported by ROI frameworks and learning plans
-
Ensure high-quality execution across media, content, partnerships, experiences, and customer channels
-
Lead brand performance reviews and influence outcomes across internal forums (BPMs, S&OP, etc.)
-
Develop and execute the influencer and advocacy strategy in partnership with the I&A team
-
Own brand, communication, and packaging architecture, ensuring consistency while enabling distinctive expression
-
Partner with Innovation to shape brand-led innovation and renovation aligned to Blonde's role in the portfolio
-
SHAPE THE FUTURE- Build strong working relationships across internal teams and external partners to deliver brand ambition
-
Stay connected to youth culture, social trends, and emerging consumption occasions, translating them into scalable brand ideas
-
Develop and manage a test-and-learn pipeline, balancing experimentation with performance delivery

Contribute to defining Blonde's long-term role in modernizing the whisky category
