About the Role:

Desired Experience:

Education & Experience: CA with post qualification experience of 2 to 4 years from Big4 in M&A/investment banking/private equity firms/corporate M&A team etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understanding of entire finance landscape on minority investments in India

• Exposure to complex transaction structuring, M&A, VC/PE deals

• Financial Due Diligence, valuation, transaction structuring, scenario planning, overall project management of various investments

• Preparation of presentations and other briefing materials for senior management, group approvals etc.

• Demonstrated ability to be proactive, self-driven with the capacity to work in a dynamic work environment

• Excellent analytical, written & verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with changes in statutes.

• Ability to influence key stakeholders.

• Ability to manage their time and prioritize effectively

• Ability to analyze complex financial data, projections, draw meaningful conclusions etc.
