About the Function:

Our Sales team love building relationships, connecting with customers to sell our much-loved brands in new and vibrant markets where they can thrive. They help sell our iconic brands across 180 countries every year.

We're operating across different markets, channels, and areas of expertise. Using your curiosity and passion, you'll make the most of consumer insight and digital platforms, reaching new customers, markets, and celebrations to help us achieve our growth potential. We'll support your learning and growth as you develop your career with us and work with people across our business to realise your fullest potential.

  • Role Responsibilities- Achieve sales, revenue, profitability, and market share targets for the assigned customer(s)

  • Develop, implement, and monitor annual business plans in collaboration with assigned customers

  • Plan and execute promotional activities, campaigns, listings, and shelf management processes

  • Regularly analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and develop action plans to drive results

  • Lead the negotiation and management of annual commercial agreements and trade terms

  • Work cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are met

  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities

  • Build and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with the customer's head office and regional teams

  • Organize and participate in meetings with global teams for customers with global agreements

  • Experience / skills required- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics (preferred).

  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written).

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Sales within the FMCG sector (preferred in chain stores).

  • No travel restrictions.

  • Class B driver's license.
