About the Function:
Our Supply Chain and Manufacturing team are problem-solvers, sourcing, producing, and delivering our much-loved brands to delight customers around the globe. Over half of Diageo's 30,000+ people work in Supply Chain and Manufacturing. About the Role:
A s part of our Global Planning team at Diageo, this role plays a key part in our Supply Chain and Procurement organisation. Our goal is to deliver best-in-class service and inventory performance by collaborating across the end-to-end Supply Chain. By building seamless relationships across functions, we enable outstanding performance, growth and the best cost and service for our customers.
Within the Planning team, we focus on agility and responsiveness, ensuring we can quickly react to evolving market needs while maintaining consistently high customer service. The team is responsible for volume planning across global shipments, production and inventory from our European Global Brands supply sites, acting as a consistent point of contact for all Diageo markets and driving end-to-end value across the network.
As a Supply Chain Market Planner, you will be the main point of contact for an assigned market, ensuring the market supply plan is optimized across the full planning horizon. You'll work closely with a variety of stakeholders and bring a flexible, collaborative approach to support both operational and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities will include:

Market Replenishment: Ensure timely supply to the market and achievement of service KPIs.

Optimize Supply Chain Performance: Balance service, volume, and inventory across the end-to-end network for your assigned market.

Market Intelligence & Analytics: Own, review, and interpret the demand signal for your market and act as an advocate for market requirements across supply, material planning, and operations.

Lead S&OP Supply Review: Analyse key trends, manage allocations, and support innovation and renovation projects for your market.

Inventory and Data Management: Maintain accurate supply, inventory, and master data using advanced planning tools (SAP APO, OMP, ETC).

Supply Network Configuration: Ensure your market's supply network is correctly reflected in the planning system.

Relationship Building & Communication: Act as the main liaison between Global Brands supply sites, Market supply chain teams, and regional customer service teams, leading continuous planning improvements.
This is a dynamic and collaborative role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of strategy and execution, building strong relationships, and driving results in a fast-moving, global environment.
About You
You're curious, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-moving Supply Chain environment, with the confidence to balance analytical rigour and strong relationships to deliver great outcomes.

You bring a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related analytical field, along with end-to-end Supply Chain planning experience.

You're confident working with ERP and planning systems, ideally SAP ECC6 and/or APO / OMP and enjoy using systems to drive insight and improvement.

You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with hands-on experience using tools such as Excel, Power BI and/or SQL.

Positive and proactive in ambiguous or challenging situations, adapting quickly and bringing flexibility when plans change.

Strong communicator who enjoys building relationships, networking, and influencing across cultures and all levels of the organisation, while holding yourself and others to account for clarity in roles and responsibilities.

You're a great teammate, with the ability and willingness to coach, support, and develop others, sharing knowledge to help the whole team succeed.
