- Product Strategy Execution: Translate product vision actionable implementation plans. Help prioritize features and enhancements based on user needs, analytics and business impact.
You'll stay current with technology trends, contribute to team knowledge sharing and build a personal reputation as a go-to resource for product leadership and delivery. You'll mentor team members and lead teams in this space and you'll work on firm initiatives and RFPs.

- 5+ years' experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, etc.)
- 5+ years supporting sales/RFP as the product manager.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. engineering, UX/UI, program management, etc).
- Experience leading end-to-end product lifecycle management for enterprise platform capabilities, owning roadmap and requirements, while aligning engineering, security and operations to deliver pipeline orchestration, infrastructure-as-code, observability, developer experience and successful product launches.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor high performing teams of product managers and collaborate closely with engineering, development, and other team members.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Research, analyze, and communicate industry trends, competitor activities and practices to form strategy.
- Industry and domain knowledge in at least two of the following areas: Application Modernization, Mainframe Applications, Software Architecture, Cloud Architecture, Cloud Strategy.
