Work You'll Do

Senior Consultant to lead the development and optimization of AI models using Python, with a focus on agentic AI. The candidate will implement AI solutions using Lang Graph, Lang Chain, and Anthropic MCP, and contribute to productionizing code in a cloud environment to ensure scalability and reliability of cyber use cases. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into existing systems.

Qualifications

Required:

• Active TS/SCI Clearance w/ Polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years experience with Python and command line.
• 4+ years' experience in software engineering practices, including version control, testing, and continuous integration.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Must be willing to work 100% onsite in Annapolis Junction, MD

Preferred:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Python and other foundational languages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand end-to-end processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Implement best practices in software engineering, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation scripts and processes.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in automation and AI.
• Knowledge with tools and technologies such as Lang Graph and Lang Chain (or other agentic AI Frameworks, such as OpenAI
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to understand complex processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $119,000 to $198,400.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
