Work You'll Do:

As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will:

  • Lead or support configuration and customization of Salesforce platforms, including managed packages like Litify, Box integration, S-Docs, and Conga, to meet business requirements within the legal and public sector domains.
  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of RESTful Salesforce integrations with third-party applications and internal data systems.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in both Service Cloud and Sales Cloud, ensuring optimized service operations and sales process workflows.
  • Design and implement Legal Case Management and generalized Case Management solutions leveraging Salesforce best practices.
  • Serve as a key resource for cross-functional teams and business partners during discovery, solution design, testing, training, rollout, and support.
  • Create comprehensive solution documentation, process flows, integration guides, and user guides.

The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and/or development
  • 1+ years of experience with Litify, Box, S-Docs, Conga, and Salesforce Public Sector Solutions
  • 1+ years of experience integrating Salesforce with external systems, particularly via REST APIs
  • 1+ years of experience working with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud features, customization, and administration
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 30-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

  • 1+ years of experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Salesforce certified (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant)
