Work you'll do: As a Senior Manager you will work in a collaborative and diverse team environment designing and implementing finance next gen transformation and service optimization with delivery model expertise. Deloitte brings world-class operational know-how, advanced analytics, and industry-specific hybrid solutions experience to our clients; specializing in finance transformation and operating model design for Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report and Financial Planning and Analysis.
The Team
Our team works with clients to solve their most complex and strategic operational challenges by providing traditional and hybrid managed services that leverage the latest technology and innovation. We provide a broad range of CFO managed services ranging from Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Financial Planning and Analysis. Many of our clients are trying to keep up with competitors by relying purely on their internal talent and tools. We bring innovations like AI and ML to accelerate time to value, reduce the cost to serve, and deliver a world-class customer experience to internal and external customers alike.
Responsibilities will include:

Client Management: Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors

Delivery: Manage team, service delivery, engagement delivery, releases for all application activities including enhancements, incidents and future releases resulting in high-quality client management.

Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies.

People Development: Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.
Required Qualifications:

10+ years consulting/and or BPO experience in Finance and Accounting in a Business Managed Service environment
-
10+ years' experience as the Delivery Lead of a CFO managed service operation. Scope of delivered services should include operations across Finance including Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, and Financial Planning and Analysis
