• Lead SAP PP client engagements by designing and implementing SAP solutions.

• Gather and translate business requirements into system designs and technical specifications.

• Develop strong client relationships, guiding teams in developing business requirements and functional designs.

• Drive business development by cultivating relationships with key decision-makers and contributing to sales and proposal efforts.

• Promote knowledge sharing and innovation by participating in forums and developing tools to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.

• Mentor and guide junior professionals, fostering their growth and supporting successful project outcomes.

• Engage with SAP's latest solutions, participating in continuous learning to drive impactful business transformations.

The team

Deloitte's SAP practice excels in driving innovative business transformations with a comprehensive suite of integrated market solutions and services. We specialize in the design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP applications, empowering clients to build a Kinetic Enterprise. This involves enabling a clean core, reducing technical debt, and leveraging advanced cloud capabilities such as automation, AI, ML, and analytics.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree plus equivalent experience

• 8+ years of relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large consulting firm, boutique consulting firm, or as an internal consultant within industry

• 5+ years of functional configuration experience with the SAP PP module

• 3+ years of SAP PP/ SAP manufacturing business process design experience

• 2+ years of direct configuration or solution design experience with one or more of the following SAP modules: EWM, MM, QM, or TM

• Experience participating in all phases of at least 4 full end-to-end SAP implementations, with a focus on SAP PP, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

• 4+ years' experience in a technical or functional lead role, overseeing teams on at least 2 SAP PP, end-to-end full lifecycle implementations

• Experience with at least 2 full life cycle SAP S4 HANA implementations

• Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred

• Master's degree

• Previous experience working directly for a "Big 4" consulting firm

• Professional experience participating in SAP ECC to S/4 HANA migrations

• Experience with Signavio

• At least 1 current SAP certification

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,800- $241,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
