Position Summary:

Deloitte's Supply Chain solutions leverage Oracle ERP Cloud to help organizations build scalable, resilient supply chain networks and flexible manufacturing operations.

With our industry-specific and pre-configured solutions, clients can deploy a scalable digital core. This helps connect the value chain across product innovation, planning, manufacturing, inventory, sales, procurement, and warehouse operations. Our end-to-end solution also builds a foundation to enable Smart Factory operations.

Work You'll Do

Responsible for driving the planning, design, and implementation aspects across the entire project workstreams. Helps in package selection and analyzing the business value capture and the business case realization. Works with the Program Steering Committee to manage timelines, risks, and issues across upstream and downstream systems/teams for the entire Package program.

For our clients, our Oracle Cloud SCM Managers reduce cost and support innovation at the enterprise level by managing business requirements and leading the functional design, prototyping and process design stages of Oracle Cloud implementations. Responsibilities will include:

  • Client Management: Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
    -Delivery: Manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies. Responsibilities include, among others, managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.
    -Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies.
  • People Development: Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Qualifications Required: - Functional implementation experience on 4+ complex, full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementations.

  • 6+ years' Oracle implementation experience.
  • 1+ full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Cloud Supply Planning or Demand Planning as a functional resource.
  • 3+ years' experience leading end-to-end systems strategy, fit-gap analysis, business process design (as-is/to-be), and full Oracle application deployment lifecycles, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and continuous improvement for projects.
  • A Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to travel 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred: - Full life-cycle implementation experience in any of the following: Oracle Supply Planning & Backlog Management, Oracle Cloud Order Management & GOP, Plan to Manufacture (PTM), Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Services (RMCS), or Oracle Field Service (OFS).

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
  • An advanced degree in the area of specialization
  • Experience leading an entire work stream of relevant Oracle applications.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $158,900 - $292,900.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
