Work You’ll Do:

As a Project Delivery Senior Analyst on the project, you will:

  • Lead technical team in activities including but not limited to: database architecture, dataset engineering, advanced analytics, data visualization

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help produce executive-level data products

  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Drive data quality improvement initiatives

  • Establish data governance best practices across the organization

The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Active Secret security clearance required

  • 3+ years of experience leading database engineering activities with Databricks

  • 1+ year of experience working in the Jupiter/ADVANA environment

  • Experience leading developer teams working in Qlik

  • Fluent in SQL; Python proficiency preferred

  • Holding at least one of the following certifications: Databricks Associate Data Engineer, Databricks Associate ML Engineer, Apache Spark Developer

  • Ability to travel 10-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

  • Data Strategy, governance, or management experience

  • Experience pulling requirements from stakeholders for data visualizations

  • Experience presenting to executive-level clients
