Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

The SAP Order Management consultant is a critical role within an organization that focuses on implementing and optimizing the order-to-cash (O2C) process using SAP systems. This role involves managing the entire life cycle of customer orders, from order creation through fulfillment and invoicing, ensuring efficient and accurate processing.

• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
• Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Qualifications Required

• 6+ Years experience Order Management Process Oversight
• 6+ Years experience Overseeing the end-to-end order processing activities, ensuring timely and accurate order entry, fulfillment, and invoicing
• 6+ Years experience configuring and customizing the SAP Order Management module to meet the specific needs of the organization
• 6+ Years experience working on integrations of OM with other SAP modules (e.g. SD, MM, FI) and external systems.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

• Experience working on multiple implementations

  The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,000 to $179,000.
