Our Deloitte Regulatory, Risk & Forensic team helps client leaders translate multifaceted risk and an evolving regulatory environment into defensible actions that strengthen, protect, and transform their organization. Work you'll do

As a Project Delivery Sr. Analyst on the project, you will:

• Support a national security effort with a federal client.
• Identify potential national security threats and conduct investigations in the subject and entities.
• Make watchlisting recommendations for potentially eligible individuals.
• Oversee a small team of analysts responsible for reviewing holdings to determine the potential visa eligibility for individuals who desire admissibility to the U.S.
• Conduct QC reviews, serving as the program POC for the client, facilitating team meetings, conducting performance reviews, and assisting with other areas, as needed.

The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• Active TS/SCI security clearance required
• Ability to perform job responsibilities within a work model that requires professionals to co-locate in person 5 days per week.
• 5+ years of experience with government investigations, Intelligence (OSINT) investigations, and Investigative Research
• 3+ years of experience in screening and vetting related to visa applicants
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

• Experience in stakeholder management with government clients
• Experience utilizing government databases to support visa applicant screening and vetting
• Experience leading small teams or working groups
