You will work with leading-class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.

Work You’ll Do

As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will:

  • Provide end-user assistance to the user-community for a range of functional issues
  • Be responsible for the intake, investigation, escalation, and resolution of user inquires
  • Interact with customers on a daily basis
  • Collaborate in a team environment to identify solutions to common system issues

Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.

Qualifications

Required**:**

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to work onsite 100% of the time in Chantilly, VA
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
  • 2+ years of experience in Functional Momentum Financials Support
  • 2+ years of experience in Support Escalation experience
