What you’ll achieve

As the Social Media Roadmap & Asset Management Lead, you will own and lead the tactical planning and execution of the North America social media roadmap. You will partner closely with social strategists and media buyers to ensure the right message reaches the right audience at the right moment.

You will oversee and govern the full paid‑social asset lifecycle for the region—including asset planning, localization, vendor‑funding approvals, and media trafficking—ensuring flawless execution across all paid channels. You will work cross‑functionally with Social Strategy, Media Planners, Influencer teams, and Organic Social to build an integrated, high‑performing ecosystem.

You will:

• Lead the development and management of the NA tactical social media roadmap with Social Strategists and Media Planners.

• Oversee and guide the full localization process, ensuring cultural, linguistic, and platform relevance.

• Ensure the regional delivery of all final assets to the media implementation team, guaranteeing campaigns launch accurately and on schedule.

• Guide vendor‑funding alignment to ensure content and media investment optimization.

• Own the creative vendor‑funding approval workflow and ensure timely compliance.

• Direct the integration of influencer content into paid media to maximize performance.

• Drive collaboration with Organic Social to ensure seamless paid + owned integration.

• Establish and enforce operational excellence across cross‑functional teams.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience with content localization and production processes.

• Familiarity with internal tools such as Dell Share, DAM systems, and Workfront.

• Understanding of vendor‑funding processes and creative approval workflows.

Compensation Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $96,900 - $125,400.
