What you’ll achieve As an ISAE, you will be responsible for delivering solid financial performance. Your role will be critical in taking share across all major lob categories, extending our leadership where we are already strong and capturing new growth opportunities, particularly in emerging areas such as AI and Edge. You will be expected to grow the number of buyers and increase our share of wallet, diversifying our customer base and exploring new functions and stakeholders within your customers’ organizations to uncover additional business potential. At the same time, you will need to ensure that profitability improves alongside top-line growth, across all products and through partners. Underpinning all of this, you are expected to cultivate a Customer First and Growth Mindset: treat each customer as an investment to develop over time, proactively helping them identify the right solutions and demonstrating clear return on investment (ROI) for their business.
