Principal Solution Architect- HPC, Compute and Networking

What you'll achieve

As a Principal Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing, validating, and delivering complex end-to-end infrastructure architectures. You will work with cross-functional teams and strategic customers on high-impact solution design, performance engineering, and architectural leadership.

You will:

• Architect and validate large-scale compute, storage, virtualization, and software-defined infrastructure solutions.

• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, resilient, and high‑performance architectural designs.

• Own end‑to‑end design decisions across HA, performance, lifecycle management, scalability, automation, and security.

• Lead deep technical assessments, Po Cs, benchmarking, and cross‑domain troubleshooting.

• Create high‑quality deliverables including HLDs, LLDs, runbooks, and deployment workbooks.

Essential Requirements

• 10–12 years of relevant hands-on experience with a Bachelor's degree OR 8+ years with a Master's degree.

• Deep expertise in compute, virtualization, storage, networking, OS, and automation.

• Hands-on mastery with Linux and Windows Server, hypervisors such as Open Shift, Hyper‑V, KVM, AHV, or similar platforms.

• Strong architectural judgment, communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Willingness to work in the Americas shift.

Desirable Requirements

• Advanced networking (TCP/IP, VLAN/VXLAN, OSPF/BGP, LACP, MTU tuning).

• Scripting and automation with Python, Bash, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform.

• TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification (preferred).
