They directly advise customers on everything from product features and configurations, through to pricing and availability. Crucially, however complex the question, they’re ready to deliver technical solutions to meet customers’ needs via phone, chat, web or email.

What you’ll achieve As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling our ground-breaking products by building relationships with customers through telephone and email conversations. It will be your job to ensure that every customer interaction is tailored and exceptional.

You will:

  • Work eagerly to gain new accounts and/or identify opportunities in account territory

  • Manage a high number of small accounts, or a fewer number of medium accounts

  • Occasionally support outside sales lead

  • Demonstrate understanding of segment, product/service offerings and client set

  • Effectively articulate the value proposition associated with company products and services

  • Basic knowledge of tools and the ability to use multiple sales tools simultaneously to complete sales transactions

  • Good verbal and written communication

  • Proven IT Hardware or other high tech environment sales experience

  • Ideally used to working to quarterly sales targets

Desirable Requirements:

  • Degree qualification or equivalent preferred but not essential
