Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as a Senior Advisor, Data Science on our Data Science Team in Bangalore/Hyderabad What you’ll achieve As a Senior Advisor, Data Science, you will be responsible for contributing to business strategy and influence decision making based on information gained from deep dive analysis. You will produce actionable and compelling recommendations by interpreting insights from complex data sets. You will design processes to consolidate and examine unstructured data to generate actionable insights. You will also partner with business leaders, engineers and industry experts to construct predictive models, algorithms and probability engines.

You will:

• Solve business and customer problems utilizing LLM//Agents and traditional AI/ML

• Build prototypes and scalable AI/ML solutions that will be integrated into software products C

• Lead more junior data scientist and Collaborate with software engineers, business stakeholders and product owners in an Agile environment

• Have complete ownership of model outcomes and drive continuous improvement

• Proficient with writing sophisticated, clean, and object oriented Python code Strong background in math, statistics, and machine Learning knowledge (deep learning, NLP, classification, forecasting, regression)

• Professional experience in ML model deployment in production

• Ability to work with internal stakeholders to transfer business questions into data science problem statements

• Ability to effectively communicate data science progress to non-technical internal stakeholders .

• Ability to play the technical lead / architect role for a team of data scientists

Desirable Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in a quantitative discipline.

• Professional experience with LLM/Agentic technologies
