Essential Requirements

A suitable candidate will have at least 10 years’ experience in IT operations / presales.

Fluent in English

10+ years services presales experience in the role of a solution lead, solution architect or similar with proven capability and experience in constructing services solutions (requirements gathering, professional services scope defintion, level of effort estimation, program planning and work packages, SoW writeup and RFI/RFP responses) for customers, typically in the large Enterprise and/or Government Sectors. You will have a thorough understanding of the development of the program and project specific services P&L and cash flow development (including business impact), risk analysis and working with Fixed Price, Time and Material and other complex commercial models and incorporation of 3rd party contracts in Waterfall and Agile project approaches.

Proven experience in client facing roles and effectively influencing at all levels (up to CxO) with ability to construct, tailor, and negotiate service contracts (e.g. Statements of Work) for customer engagement which may require further 3rd party vendor scoping elements.

Passion for cutting edge technology, services and life-long learning and translating this into business outcomes

Expert knowledge in Multicloud/Data Center and AI & Data services and proficient knowledge in the area Security & Resilience services.

Exceptional consultative presales skills, including methods, tools and techniques to apply within digital transformation context; excellent communication skills in English (verbal/written); ability to run customer workshops and executive briefings; ability to work in an international, multicultural environment.

Travel across the region is essential.
Desirable Requirements
- Working knowledge of Dell Technologies product and services portfolio relevant to Multicloud/Data Center, AI & Data and Security & Resilience in on-premise and hybrid scenarios.
- Practical service delivery experience and relevant certifications in the area of Multicloud/Data Center, AI & Data and Security & Resilience
Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation range for this position is $204,850 - $265,100, which includes base salary and commissions.
