We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic GTM Strategy & Operations Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in supporting the sales and technical GTM teams. This cross-functional role will have an opportunity to work on shaping the growth of this business through a combination of strategic projects, insights/analytics development and operations experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with our Technical GTM teams (pre-sales, post-sales, services) to help grow and shape the business to drive growth, bringing a combination of analytical and operational experience

• Support the business with software and services forecasting, pipeline management, account management, renewal risk monitoring, and strategic projects.

• Bring analytics and problem-solving acumen, with experience working on large datasets and initiatives to drive short, and long-term revenue goals.

Agility to switch between fast, ad hoc analysis and robust, operationalized reporting solutions

• Identify potential data quality issues in CRM and related systems through analysis, and proactively flag them to Rev Ops and data engineering teams for resolution

• Use historical data and analysis to help guide future strategy decisions.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience working with data

• SQL & Salesforce experience is a must!

• Experience in structuring problems, taking initiative and following through with strong execution

• Detail oriented, willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done on time with quality results

• Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to partner with stakeholders to support data-related needs.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders

• Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining dashboards that communicate insights clearly and effectively (We currently use Tableau/Omni).

• Comfortable working with data independently—from retrieval and analysis to visualization.
