Job Description:
The Brand Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, drive business growth, and ensure consistency across all touch-points. This role combines strategic thinking, creative leadership, and analytical rigor to build a brand that resonates with target audiences and differentiates the company in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy:

Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

Define brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition across channels.

Lead annual brand planning and ensure alignment with marketing and sales teams.
Campaign Development & Execution:

Oversee integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Collaborate with creative, digital, and media teams to bring campaigns to life.
-
Ensure campaigns reflect brand identity and maintain consistent tone and visuals.
Market Insights & Performance:
-
Conduct market research to understand audience behaviors, trends, and competitive landscapes.

Analyze brand performance metrics (e.g., awareness, preference, NPS, share of voice) and identify growth opportunities.

Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and inform future strategies.
Cross-Functional Leadership:

Partner with product, sales, and communications teams to ensure brand alignment across all initiatives.

Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality and timely deliverables.
-
Serve as brand guardian—ensuring consistent use of brand assets, messaging, and visual identity.
Budget & Resource Management:

Manage brand marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.

Track ROI and provide reporting to leadership on campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or related role.

Proven success managing integrated campaigns and building strong brands.
-
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven marketing tools.
-
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management abilities. Experience with creative development, media planning, and digital marketing.
Preferred Skills

Experience managing agency relationships.

Knowledge of market research tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Nielsen, Google Analytics, Brandwatch).

Familiarity with CRM, social, and content management systems.

Strategic mindset with a passion for creativity and storytelling.
