Job Description:

We are seeking organised and detail‑driven Sales (Renewals) Administrators to support our Sales Renewals teams in delivering seamless subscription management and high‑quality data integrity. This role is essential in ensuring our renewals pipeline is maintained effectively and that key revenue processes run smoothly.

You will work closely with Renewals Managers, Sales Operations, and other cross‑functional partners to manage amendments, proactively maintain Salesforce data, helping to provide accurate forecasts.

This is a hybrid opportunity, attending our Cambridge office one day a week

The role is a 15 months FTC and with the opportunity for future career pathways for successful candidates that could include sales operations, renewals, customer success management.

What will I be doing:

Renewals & Opportunity Management:

  • Process renewal amendments accurately and efficiently, ensuring all changes are reflected correctly in internal systems.
  • Maintain accurate data within Salesforce by working proactively with teams
  • Ensure all losses, churn reasons, and non‑renewal data are fully captured and kept up to date across opportunities to support reporting, analysis, and strategic decision‑making.

Forecasting & Pipeline Health:

  • Establish and manage primary quotes ahead of renewal dates to support a rolling 12‑month renewals forecast.
  • Monitor upcoming renewals and timelines, ensuring the sales team has the correct information to act in advance.
  • Support the creation of consistent, reliable forecasting data by maintaining a clean and accurate renewals pipeline.

Data Quality & Systems:

  • Uphold excellent data hygiene within Salesforce, ensuring opportunities, quotes, renewals dates, and subscription details are always current.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to identify discrepancies, recommend improvements, and streamline ACV and subscription‑related processes.
  • Support reporting initiatives by ensuring datasets and renewal metrics are complete and accurate.

What experience do it need:

We welcome applications from candidates with strong administrative skills who also have a high attention to detail. You should be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. You should be able to communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and have a proactive approach to problem solving.

Additionally, any experience of the following would be desirable but not essential

  • Working with contracts, sales data, and/or forecasting
  • Any experience of Salesforce is highly advantageous but full training will be provided, experience
  • Familiarity with renewals processes, revenue operations, or sales operations.
