The Technician, production operations position (G4 swing shift) is responsible for setting up and verify operating automatic and semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation.

This position is part of the production operations department located onsite just outside Tulla at Lismeehan, O'Callaghan mills, Co Clare. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Quality & Regulatory Compliance: Comply with all quality checks, maintain the quality of your own work, and meet all GMP, ISO, FDA QSR, and other regulatory body requirements.

• Equipment Operation & Maintenance: Operate designated equipment, keep it in optimum working condition, and maintain a clean and tidy work area according to regulated facility requirements.Documentation & Data Management: Maintain and update all records, logs, and documents to GMP standards, including information gathering, data control, and using barcode equipment.

• Adaptability to Change: Cooperate with and adapt to any changes in processes, machinery layouts, production techniques, and new equipment.

• Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in Validation, continuous improvement programs, and DBS/Kaizen events.

• Production Standards: Deliver an output commensurate with modern manufacturing standards.

• Safety & Training: Work safely, comply with all safety and dress code regulations, and train others in jobs at their own grade or lower grades.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include:

• Education and Experience

• Leaving cert

• Previous experience in a manufacturing role.

This is a swing shift position:

Week 1:

• 8.00am - 4.00pm Monday to Thursday

• 8.00am - 3.00pm Friday

Week 2:

• 4.00pm - 12.00am Monday to Thursday

• 3.00pm to 10.00pm Friday
