The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading the maintenance team in an automated, GMP-regulated production environment. You will have the opportunity to work with a highly dedicated team in a culture focused on data-driven decisions and continuous improvement. This role offers strong opportunities to develop your leadership capabilities and drive improvement programs such as TPM and Lean transformation.

This position is part of the Manufacturing engineering department and will be located in Solna, Sweden.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Own and execute the site maintenance strategy to deliver safe, compliant, and reliable assets through proactive and predictive maintenance.
• Lead TPM deployment and continuous improvement using AM, PM, OEE loss analysis, standard work, and Kaizen.
• Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance organization including two maintenance supervisors, ensuring strong EHS culture, 24/7 coverage, and capability development.
• Own preventive maintenance strategy, planning, and execution to ensure risk‑based, GMP‑compliant, high‑quality delivery with minimal production impact.
• Accountable for spare parts management, maintenance documentation, KPI performance, and regulatory compliance, partnering with Production, Quality, and Engineering.

Who you are:

• BSc or MSc in Manufacturing Engineering
• 10+ years of technical expertise in regulated manufacturing maintenance, including TPM, preventive/predictive maintenance, spare parts management, PFEP, and GMP compliance.
• 5+ years of proven people leader with experience managing maintenance operations, building engagement, accountability, and ownership on the shop floor.
• Strong technical expertise in regulated manufacturing maintenance, including TPM, preventive/predictive maintenance, spare parts management, PFEP, and GMP compliance.
• Proven people leader with experience managing 24/7 operations, building engagement, accountability, and ownership on the shop floor.
• Clear and credible communicator able to influence across shifts, functions, and senior leadership in a cross‑functional environment.
• Strong business and analytical capability, balancing cost, risk, compliance, and uptime through KPI‑driven decision making and structured problem solving.
• Structured, resilient, and hands‑on leader with a strategic perspective, comfortable operating in high‑reliability and high‑compliance environments.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Leading 24/7 maintenance teams
• Leading managers
• LEAN Six Sigma or TPM
