The HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Technical Product Owner is responsible for defining the product vision, managing the product backlog and ensuring the delivered solution meets the needs of our HR organization and associates.

This position reports to the Corporate Service Now Platform Leader and is part of the Enterprise Applications Team in Danaher Corporate and will be fully remote**(Preferred working EST time zone or willing to)**

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Work closely with senior HR leaders to develop and maintain a long-term roadmap for HRSD, identifying opportunities for digital transformation and automation.

  • Oversee the adoption of emerging AI technologies and intelligent automation while managing technical debt.

  • Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and ROI, aligning HRSD capabilities with business strategy and objectives.

  • Ensure the backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all while also ensuring solutions are tested and validated against business requirements.

  • Work closely with Service Now developers to discuss technical components of the stories and testing.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience leading Service Now HRSD as Product owner, Business Analyst or Functional HRSD Architect.

  • Proven experience with at least two full-cycle implementations of Service Now HRSD, including case and knowledge management, and employee service center. Experience with implementing COEs, Lifecycle Events, employee Onboarding/Offboarding. Understanding and practical experience in designing complex employee workflows.

  • Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.

Travel Requirements:

  • The role will require occasional travel globally for stakeholder workshops and events up to 15%.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • HR technology transformation in complex enterprise environment.

  • Certified System Administrator (CSA).

  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – HRSD.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HR Technology or a related field

The annual salary range is $110k – $140k Canadian Dollars. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
