We look for HR professionals with experience as HR Business Partner and HR Generalist/Operations Specialist and passion to support people leaders and employees.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • University's degree or Vocational Training (Ausbildung) in HR Administration & Management

  • Minimum 3 years of experience if you are a HR Generalist OR 5 years as HRBP possibly in a matrix environment

  • Sounded knowledge on German Labor and Social Law

  • Experience in working with Work Council

  • Fluent German, fluent English
