The Sales Administrator is responsible for the efficient orders processing for customers in Europe.

This position reports to the Sales Admin Team Leader and is part of the European Sales Admin Team. The role is on-site, located in Hyderabad.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage and process global orders using CRM and ERP systems, ensuring accurate entry and alignment with purchase order details.

  • Maintain and update CRM data, including entering new information and keeping records current.

  • Ensure data quality by identifying and resolving duplicate entries within CRM systems.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Experience in order entry or administrative support, ideally using a CRM or ERP system (ideally MSCRM, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, D365).

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering customer orders, updating records, and managing documentation.

  • Good English communication skills (written and spoken) to coordinate with European teams and follow established order-handling processes.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • ·Working with European customers and European market

  • Working within a European team/ environment
