This position plays an important role in Beckman Coulter’s Diagnostics business. The role includes providing product information to existing customers, developing new business opportunities, identifying customer needs, creating the environment necessary to deliver Beckman Coulter’s solutions, and leading the process through close collaboration with other departments until deals are successfully closed.
This position is part of the West Japan Sales Department under the Second Sales Headquarters. You will be responsible for the Chugoku–Shikoku region, and therefore the position will be based in Hiroshima Prefecture or performed through business travel from the Kansai area. While the primary responsibility is for the Chugoku–Shikoku region, future assignments or transfers to other areas are possible.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Maintaining and expanding relationships with key customers in the Chugoku–Shikoku region, while identifying and acquiring new customers and business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with key opinion leaders in the region as an Area Account Sales representative.
- Actively participating in regional events, including local technologist association activities, user meetings, and supporting company-hosted events.
The essential requirements of the job include:
・Bachelor's degree or higher
・Possession of a valid driver’s license
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
・At least three years of experience working for a diagnostic reagent manufacturer.
・English communication skills (basic reading and writing).
