The Test Coordinator is responsible for leading and coordinating testing activities (manual and automated) in our Dynamics 365FO environment. The Test Coordinator will work closely with our Test & Validation Manager, business and IT teams, driving test automation and ensuring high-quality delivery.

This position is part of the Global IT organization’s location in Krakow, Poland and will be working onsite. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Define and execute test strategies (SIT, UAT, regression) and test plans for Dynamics 365FO implementations and continuous improvements

• Coordinate the testing team: prioritize tasks, oversee manual and automated test execution

• Create, review, and maintain test cases; ensure full traceability (e.g., in Azure DevOps) and report progress (coverage, pass rate, defects)

• Develop and maintain automated test suites integrated with CI/CD pipelines

• Manage defect lifecycle: triage, tracking, escalation

• Collaborate with functional consultants, developers and process owners and support the business during UAT

• Ensure compliance with best practices (ISTQB) and quality standards; prepare test evidence ​

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Master’s degree or a similar academic degree within a relevant field or related work experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Test Lead, with proven leadership responsibilities

• Experience with MS Dynamics 365FO

• Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing e.g. Leapwork, Tosca or Executive Automats

• ISTQB certification (at least Foundation Level)

• Strong communication skills and fluent in English

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Azure DevOps (Test Plans, repositories, pipelines)

• Regulated environments (SOX/GxP) and validation practices

• Risk-based testing and optimization skills
