The Sales Application Specialist is responsible for driving product adoption and market growth by delivering exceptional clinical and technical support, hands-on training, and expert guidance. In this role, you’ll partner with healthcare professionals and internal teams to ensure seamless product integration, resolve challenges, and create meaningful impact for patients and providers
This position reports to the country manager of Mammotome Korea and is part of the commercial team located in Seoul, Korea and will be fully remote.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Maintain relationships with existing customers, drive product utilization, and increase market share through strategic cross-selling and support to new customers.
- Provide comprehensive application support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver product training to end-users, distributors, and our sales teams.
- Offer clinical and technical assistance during procedures to ensure optimal product usage.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams such as QC, CDT& R, Marketing, and Sales to address customer concerns and enhance overall satisfaction.
- Support sales forecasting, achievement of targets, and strategic planning in coordination with the Business Lead Manager.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Radiological Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
- Multiple years of experience in medical device industry or clinical application support
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and providing technical training for healthcare professionals
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, QC)
- Expert knowledge of surgical techniques (specific to product category) in GS, Breast cancer, Radiology
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
- Ability to travel within territory or locations
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Experience with VABB/VABE procedures
- Hands-on experience in 3D or 2D mammography
- Previous exposure to operating room
