The Sr. Analyst is responsible for delivering a high standard of IT service in supporting the organization's IT infrastructure through vulnerability management and will have a strong foundation in IT support. This role involves identifying vulnerabilities within systems, assisting in their mitigation, and providing technical support to ensure efficient business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to vulnerability management. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Configuration & Vulnerability Management, is part of the Information Technology Team, and will be located onsite in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Serve as a resource and mentor for colleagues with less technical experience.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate weaknesses within the organization’s IT infrastructure.
• Support patch management and the deployment of updates for desktops, laptops, servers, and applications.
• Drive continuous improvement through the timely deployment of patches for Windows and third-party applications.
• Enhance user experience by resolving technical challenges and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Stay informed on emerging vulnerabilities and provide proactive remediation recommendations.
• Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new technologies and processes that elevate customer satisfaction and contribute to Pall’s long-term success.
• Participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives as directed.
• Ensure all business policies and standards related to client services and IT security are consistently met.

The essential requirements of the role include:

• Demonstrated experience with vulnerability assessment and patch management tools (e.g., Crowd Strike, SCCM, Microsoft Intune Admin Center).
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Azure, Entra, and Intune.
• A passion for continuous improvement, customer experience, and operational excellence.
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and openness to feedback.
• An eagerness to learn new technologies and stay current with evolving industry trends.
• The ability to identify opportunities and recommend solutions to improve service, efficiency, and effectiveness.

It would be a plus if you also have:

• Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in diverse industries such as manufacturing, finance, healthcare, or government.
• Familiarity with analytics or machine learning concepts for threat detection and vulnerability assessment.
