The position Senior Project Manager reports to the India Strategic Accounts Manager and is part of the Cytiva India Commercial Team located in Bangalore. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

• Lead and manage project execution across various projects. Develop, implement, monitor and publish project plans/Grant charts,

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Develop ROI models and financial investment templates.

• Ensure timely delivery of project outcomes and maintain high-quality standards. Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders.

• Utilize data analytics to drive insights and inform decision-making.

• Mentor and guide team members on project management methodologies

Who you are:

• Bachelors or Masters degree. 10 years industry experience preferably in life sciences or healthcare.

• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to think strategically and drive initiatives programmatically. Data analytics and strategy expertise.

• Entrepreneurial thinking and problem-solving orientation. Empowering and inspiring people orientation.
