We are currently seeking a AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Senior Solution Architect who will be responsible for providing overall mentorship regarding strategies and techniques for the AEM product solutions. Will be working with both Business and IT team members to detail and ensure product solutions support business needs, follow strong architectural principles, use system resources efficiently, and integrate cleanly with the user interface and server components of the AEM solutions and technical architecture.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Define the overall solution architecture and technical approach for complex AEM projects architecting the solutions to meet the Business requirements.
• Provide technical governance and oversight, focused on code quality, reusability, maintainability, and performance/scalability and Lead application and integration architecture reviews.
• Mentor Technical team members and Adobe Consulting developers in AEM best practices.
• Lead workshops and discovery sessions to capture business priorities and lay out technical roadmaps and collaborate with cross-functional teams (business consultants, project managers, front-end/back-end developers, QA) for effective delivery.

The required qualifications for the job include:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 10 + years of experience in web development, with proven experience in architecting and implementing large-scale Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions, including deep understanding of AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, Sling, OSGi frameworks, Dispatcher and core components.
• Strong programming skills in Java, JCR, HTL/Sightly, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with experience integrating front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js into AEM.
• Multiple years of hands-on web development experience with a significant focus on AEM architecture, component design, and content modeling and knowledge of AEM security best practices and compliance standards, ensuring secure and reliable platform operations.
• Solid understanding of information architecture principles and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, marketers, and product owners.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Adobe Certification: Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AEM Architect or Developer.
• Cloud & Personalization Experience: Experience with cloud-based AEM deployments (e.g., AEM as a Cloud Service) and implementing personalization and targeting strategies.
• Adobe Ecosystem Familiarity: Familiarity with Adobe Marketing Cloud products such as Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target, and experience working in agile development environments
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices tailored for AEM deployments, including automation, testing, and release management.
