As a Shift Leader, you are part of a Value Stream within the Operations department. Here highly qualified disposables for the pharmaceutical and bioprocessing industry are produced and assembled. Within the Value Stream, you and your own team are responsible for achieving the set goals in the field of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Productivity. As Shift Leader you manage your team and you are responsible for the assessments of the employees, checking and adjusting the necessary training, absenteeism follow-up and personnel planning

What you will do:

• Responsible for and supervising compliance with procedures, instructions and rules related to the organization and production process.
• Responsible for personnel management of your team
• Responsible for the daily stand-up meeting (SQDIP).
• Reporting production progress within the own area of responsibility to Value Stream Leader.

Who you are:

• At least a completed secondary education or similar.
• Good command of the Dutch and English language, in both word and writing.
• You have work experience in a production environment.
• Managerial experience (People leader**,**leadership, coaching)
• Can handle changes well

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Computer skills, knowledge of SAP, DSI, Excel etc. are an advantage

Shift Leader Work Preperation Deze functie maakt deel uit van de afdeling Operations, is voor minimaal 32 uur en wordt volledig uitgevoerd op onze locatie in Medemblik. Het betreft een tijdelijk dienstverband met de mogelijkheid van een vast contract, afhankelijk van wederzijdse tevredenheid en prestaties.

Als Shift Leader ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse beheer van de operatie binnen de cleanroom van de Assemblage afdeling. Je zorgt voor de correcte en tijdige uitvoering van het proces door ervoor te zorgen dat de voorgeschreven procedures en werkwijzen tijdens de dienst nageleefd worden. Daarnaast identificeer je mogelijkheden voor structurele verbeteringen op basis van de verkregen data. Verder voer je het personeelsbeleid uit en zorg je voor het management en de ontwikkeling van het team.

Verantwoordelijkheden en hoofdtaken:

• Verantwoordelijk voor het toezichthouden op de naleving van procedures, instructies en regels met betrekking tot de organisatie en het productieproces.

• Verantwoordelijk voor het personeelsbeheer van je team.

• Verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse stand-up meeting (SQDIP).

• Identificeert structurele verbeteringsmogelijkheden in het proces en levert input voor aanpassingen en helpt bij de uitvoering van deze aanpassingen.

• Beslissingen nemen over de mogelijke voortzetting en afhandeling van een order.

• Rapporteren van de productievoortgang binnen het eigen verantwoordelijkheidsgebied aan de Manager Value Stream.

Opleiding en ervaring:

• Afgeronde MBO-opleiding en passend werk/denkniveau.

• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en/of Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

• Ervaring in een productieomgeving is een pre.

• Leidinggevende ervaring in het aansturen van productieteams is nodig
