In this role, what you will do:

• Enhance product quality by identifying manufacturing challenges, developing cost‑effective solutions, and ensuring successful implementation into production.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve production and quality issues related to processes, methods, tooling, equipment, and product design.
• Improve manufacturing efficiency and product consistency through systematic process optimization.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) activities, including process layout planning, tooling development, and introduction of new equipment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and quality requirements by planning, executing, and analyzing validation and verification activities.
• Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive procedures, work instructions, and operational documentation.

Who yor are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Paper‑making or related technical field, more than two years of papermaking experience.
• Strong teamwork skills, ability to work effectively in international and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and planning capabilities.
• Prior project experience, ideally in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Proficiency in both written and oral English.
